What's your delivery timeframe?
We deliver pan India, with orders typically arriving within 5-7 business days of placement. Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
What are your delivery charges?
Free Shipping within Gujarat, else ₹100 Shipping Charges.
Can I return an item if I simply don't like it?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — not for personal preference. If you want a different item, initiate a return first, and once approved, place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If I received a damaged or wrong item — what should I do?
Record an unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel (this is mandatory for all claims) and Contact us at +91 7255 23023 within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without video proof won't be accepted.
